About the Role
The assistant director role will support the Executive Director and often act as the Production Assistant. The assistant director will be responsible for managing the department leads and the team, ensuring that everyone has the tools they need to perform their tasks for the day. The ideal candidate should be humble, capable of handling on-set tasks related to video content production, and possess strong management skills and punctuality.
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
 Passion for creating Films and TV Broadcast
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Have a high regard for the team
Able to provide clear tasks to department heads
